Should I do Yoga Every Day?

We all know that yoga is one of the healthiest forms of exercise for your body and mind. However, is it beneficial to do yoga every day? If not, how often is the most optimal amount of yoga you should do? It depends on several factors, and in this article, we will go a little deeper.  How Often Should You Do Yoga? I can actually lengthen my spine and engage the hip flexors. It also deepens the stretch in the back of my hamstrings and calves.  When I first started practicing yoga, I didn't realize that straining was our body's way of saying "no" and asking for help. It's important to listen and to sup...
